Great stories take time.

I write because I love storytelling, but more than that, I love these characters and the journeys they take readers on.

Long before a chapter reaches your screen, I’ve spent countless hours planning and developing the characters, relationships, conflicts, and emotional turning points that make up the story.

I write until the story feels right. Some scenes come together quickly. Others are revised and reworked multiple times before they finally become what they were meant to be.

Many of the stories I tell are inspired by pieces of my own life. I often draw from real experiences, past relationships, traumas, heartbreaks, and hard-earned lessons in my books.

You’ll find traces of my hopes, fears, strengths, and flaws throughout my heroines. Sometimes they reflect parts of who I am. Other times they embody the qualities I wished I possessed when facing similar challenges.

Through Inkitt, readers get a behind-the-scenes look at how these stories come together. This is where I write, revise, and refine as the story unfolds, often sharing chapters before their final rounds of revision.

By the time a book reaches Galatea, it has been polished through multiple rounds of editing, but every story is born on Inkitt. The readers who comment, review, and support these books are a huge part of that journey, and I wouldn’t be here without them.
